WILL BE BACK IN A FEW DAYS

A short post to let you know I am fine, but am going to take a little break from the blog .  My immediate family
are all fine. Little Jack is curled up next to me asleep and all is right with his world....BUT, I have some dear friends and some extended members that are going through hell.  That's the only word that seems appropriate. I need to hole up in a hotel with my man for a few days and see if I can get some of this heaviness off of me.  I can never remember a month of more tragedy and heartache. I want to be able to reach out and encourage but find myself falling into that pit of depression and despair.  We have all been there.  The ornament giveaway on the holiday blog is still open, so check it out.

And for those that have emailed...I am sad the Saints did not win, but in the grand scheme of life, it's rather insignificant...
Stop  over at A BABY CHANGES EVERYTHING and read ASHLEY's guest post.  Have a great weekend.

I pray that the Lord frees you from worry and gives you peace. Pray as you rest for those who are so burdened and KNOW that God has a great big plan that will be revealed to us one day. Keep believing that. I do, even though it is THE HARDEST thing for me. Love you Teresa!

Prayers for you. I thought when I read your posts a couple of weeks ago how so many things going on can really pull you down. I thought of posting something to you then but I didn't know how to word it and not seem insensitive to those who were hurting. So, I am so glad that you are taking some time for yourself. In order to be strong for others you need to. I need to practice what I preach. (((((HUGS)))

Sometimes we have to RETREAT so that God can prepare us to ADVANCE. I'm picturing you somewhere in the North Pole, with Santa, getting ready for the season of JOY! It is not humanly possible when life throws some fast curve balls. But in Christ, we can do all things. Praying for you and your loved ones going through pain.

Please know that I'm thinking of you, dear Teresa. Sometimes just getting away from it all and finding time to recharge the spirit is what is needed the most. Just don't stay away too long:-) xoxo

Relax and be strong...sometimes life throws too much at us to cope with at one moment in time and we need to regroup. Will miss you until you return. Be well and be safe.

I am praying for you! May you find the peace and understanding that only He can give you :)

P.S.
Our pastor just lost his 5 year old granddaughter to a brain tumor a little over a week ago. He preached an AMAZING sermon this morning that I just know will be of encouragement to you. The weekly services usually go up about mid-week for the previous week and can be found at www.northlandcc.com if you'd like to check it out! His granddaughter's memorial service also happens to be online and it was also a huge blessing to me - when I was least expecting it.
