I know so many of you are praying for little CREW. He needs prayer more than ever now.
The surgery for tomorrow (Thurs) was cancelled late this afternoon. He has a yeast/fungal infection that would make the surgery too dangerous.
I just had a long conversation with his Mom and Grandmother. You can imagine the emotional let down when you were so wanting to get it behind you, plus protect the bladder which is outside his body, to be put inside.
But there are even more complications. There was such a large team of medical staff scheduled to perform the 10-12 hour surgery.
There were doctors coming from other places, anesthesiology specialists for long surgeries, all marked out for tomorrow…so reassembling this team quickly will take a miracle.
Keeping Crew well and infection free until that time is the biggest concern.
Please continue to pray for the family. Just the logistics of being away from home are so hard.

Oh' Dear Teresa, I've been so busy trying to get my own blog back on track, I'm afraid I've missed all that's happening with you. What a precious beautiful baby Crew is. I will be saying many prayers for him and the family. I know this is so stressful and there are no words I can think of that will help but I do know prayer will. Now I'll go back and see if I can read a bit of what I've missed.
God Bless and my love to you...Tracy @ Cotton Pickin Cute ♥
Prayers and love for Crew!
I prayed for Crew and his family. Trusting God will gather this team and he will guide their hands through this surgery.
Faith, believing in things we can not see :-)
Will be watching for further updates.
Hugs!!

I was concerned that there was a problem, precious Crew's little Mama didn't respond to the last email I sent. Bless her heart, she's got bigger fish to fry.
My baby girl was 250 miles away from home and I had a three year old. It was more than hard. So I too understand about bein' away from home but I also know that God provides us with the strength to do what we need to do.
He will do it for Crew's Mama too, especially as we all unite together in Crew and his families behalf.
I have to tell ya'll, something like this puts your faith through the wringer, you question...you ask why me...why my child. We need to lift this beautiful Mama high in the sky.
She's exhausted too. She's physically healin' from givin' birth and she's emotionally drained. I remember that well.
Ladies...let's bombard heaven right now.
God bless ya'll and thank you Teresa for lettin' us know how very urgent our prayers are needed.
Oh I will continue to pray. I know the Lord hears all our prayers and He holds all of our little ones in His hands. Hugs, Marty

Keeping the prayers and good thoughts coming. I emailed Crew's mommy and she was sweet enough to email me back with everything else she has going on. What an amazing lady.
