HOW HAVE I MISSED HER?

In the last three years I have read many many blogs.  Long before I blogged I loved reading blogs.  HOW DID I MISS this one, Life in Grace and the lady that writes it.  In the last three days I have gone back and read the entire blog..I am not even going to tell you about Edie, but I will say that she is a lady I wish I knew in person.  Amazing, hilarious, generous are all things I would use to describe her.  She has just been through a nightmare, but yesterday was her birthday.  Bloggers from everywhere wrote a letter to her. I have never read such beautiful tributes.  I read long into the night to learn more about her.  And then I understood.  She is a doctor that left her practice to raise her kids, home-school them, and make life beautiful.

She is a GLASS HALF FULL gal, even now.  Now I am just trying to think of some way to help her.  She says she needs nothing, but can you imagine losing everything you owned, your pictures, your memories, your clothes, your kids artwork, your nest all in the middle of the night as your house burned to the ground.

If you know her then I am telling you nothing, if you don’t, go and read her blog…but a warning….you may not be able to stop.  I cannot tell you how many times I laughed out loud as I read it.  Edie

Edie, I am so glad to know you and will never miss another post.
