PROMISE a POST IS COMING

WE are already decorating houses and there will be a post up on
A BABY CHANGES EVERYTHING this week with lots of pictures...

JACK is improving everyday and it looks like the end of the week will find us moving him to a new REHAB CENTER, just for stroke patients.  We want him to  HAVE THE MOST INTENSE treatment available. I will give a full update later this week.  To every person that has been to visit him, my deepest thanks.  This is not a time of the year I can be there enough, so every visit has been so appreciated.

As for me, I have jelly legs, which in the tree business are those first few days back on the ladder.  Couple that with being EXTREMELY tired, I have specific instructions from the other elves to not come home and blog, but come home and go to bed.  Yesterday I just ran out of steam and in the middle of a WORK DAY, had to lay down and sleep for three hours.  My body had just started to shut down.  Trust me, for me to cancel a hair appointment a couple of hours before I was scheduled was a HUGE indication that I was losing it.  Always before I could push the needle to the edge, this year NOT SO MUCH.
I have so missed reading your blogs, but hope to be back reading and commenting  soon.

Let your elves help you as much as possible. Take care of yourself so you are strong when Jack comes home. So happy that he is improving. Keeping you both in my prayers.

Listen to your elves! The emotional stress you've been under is nearly as hard as actually being sick yourself! You need the rest. Remember sleep is nature's restorative!

Good news!! But take care of you too. The elves know what's best for you so let them take on the load until you're feeling ready for it.

Sleep is healing and your body was telling you to take a break.

So glad to hear that Jack is improving with each day, and that he's going to be moved to a new rehab center.

Love, hugs and prayers, FlowerLady

Girl, ya canceled a hair appointment??? It must of been bad!!!
I know how we gals are with our hair appointments. Take care of yourself and do be careful on those ladders.

I'm happy to hear that Jack is getting the best. That is just what you both deserve.

Please let your elves do as much as possible and take up some slack for you. Your plate overflows.

God bless and have an extraordinarily blessed day sweetie!!!

Take care of yourself. There hasn't been a day that goes by that you and Jack have not come to mind, which the thought of y'all quickly turns into prayer.

Glad to hear Jack is doing better. I pray that God will give you strength too. I know it is so hard to take care of a sick loved one and try to run a business at the same time. Sometimes we forget to take care of our ownselves. God be with you and find favor over you and your family.

Hi Teresa, I've been gone for awhile --and somehow missed the fact that Jack had had a stroke. I am so very very sorry--but am thrilled to read of his improvement. Praise Be to God.

I know life has been rough for you --but I am very proud of you for being so strong and doing so well during all of this. God Bless You, Teresa.

I'm sure you will have and enjoy one of the best Christmas seasons you all have ever have...

Prayers and Hugs to you and your family,
Betsy

Blessings & Aloha!
Heading off to bed myself! so thankful that my dad's heart surgeries are done...we were not able to be there, but still became mentally and physically tired anticipating the updates. Can't wait to see him and help him during his recovery.
