Jack Lightyear

I am working on a Questions and Answer post for the Holiday Blog
and had not planned to post here....but could not resist sharing this picture from last night. It is not the best picture, but it so captures his personality.
And yes he needs a haircut...and yes he climbed out of his baby bed two nights in a row and thinks he is very SMART. And yes, his Mom and Dad changed his bed to a toddlers bed last night and he would not stay in it...so who knows what tonight holds...but regardless he is so darn cute.
How can HE possibly be 20 months old? Seems like just yesterday that we stood and prayed over that little NICU bed, as he battled meningitis. We will always be mindful and so thankful that God healed him and we get to spend everyday with such a cute and hilarious BOY!!!!
And YES I did get the horrible stomach virus Saturday night, compliments of Jack. I thought I had missed it, but I have spent the last 3 days as sick as I can remember in a long time. This was NO 24 hour BUG. If you are a reader of the Christmas blog that explains why the promised post is not up yet....

Don't forget to stop by...Every comment on the Christmas blog, between now and Oct 1st, enters you in a huge HOLIDAY GIVEAWAY!!!.

Greetings Teresa~I'm finally back from my summer long blogcation.

What a sweet picture of Jack Lightyear. This post reminded me of my sons when hey were little and shared their room. The minute (if even that long) we walked away from tucking them in for the night...we'd hear an array of laughs, footsteps, playing. My oldest would jump out of his bed and then help his younger brother out of his crib. They were soo adorable...we would listen to their adventures, then head back in to re-tuck them after we thought they had tired themselves out.
I miss those days so much!!!

I've enjoyed catching up. Please stop by...I look forward to the return of your company.
Sweet wishes,
Sara

Two of our sons had the horrible stomach virus. Praise GOD I was able to quarantine and keep the rest of the family from getting it. It was truly a miracle to kill that evil germ before it spread.

Blessings,andrea

Jack is one cutie pie!! How smart he is to climb out of his crib. Baby Boo's crib is getting ready to be turned into a toddler bed as well. I'm so very nervous that she won't stay in it. If your daughter succeeds, please let me know what the tips are to making it happen.

Glad you're feeling better.

Awwwwww, Jack is just too darn cute! He reminds me of the time I dropped by to see the grandsons after school one day and Ethan met me at the door dressed a Buz and said, "Grandma, Grandma fly me quick, Woody is tryin' to shoot me!" Around the corner ran Joel dressed a Woody, sporting pistols in each hand. Too funny!!!

Thanks for sharing your adorable Jack and I'm so glad your feeling better. Have a blessed day!!!

Too cute. They grow so fast don't they? I think his hair is adorable, my son's is so coarse it sticks straight up when it needs to be cut. So I'm jealous. Hope you are feeling better soon.
